Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

Notify the user who posted the content
We may also take additional action, including account suspension or termination for repeat violations.
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification.

We may forward it to the original complaining party
The original party has 10 business days to file legal action
If no action is taken, we may restore the content at our discretion
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

User-generated content
Erroneous or fraudulent infringement claims
Content removed or disabled in good faith compliance with the DMCA
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
